My wife and I are looking to get out of our appartment and into a new house. I found this one that is a KILLER deal, probably a bank repo. It has tons of updated stuff, but “needs finishing touches.” I’m going to look at it Saturday, so lets hope for the best. Think its worth the buy being $25,000 under market value??
Hey Matt….I found you through Robbi. I have been reading her diary for a lil while now. I think that is an adorable house, and would be great for your family! We just recently moved into a house, and it REALLY is much better than an apt!!! And you definitely have to jump on the deals when you find them….sometimes they are hard to come by.
